The App enables users to create social media stories by combining their photos with overlay data from Apple HealthKit workouts. The App processes data locally on the user’s device and does not store or transmit any personal data to external servers.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data retrieved from Apple HealthKit. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to attempting to reverse-engineer, distribute, or use the App for unauthorized purposes.
All content, including software, graphics, and designs, are owned by the App developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
